This Feature Schedule describes the "Covered Service" for the CardPlan Connected Lifetime Deal. It is attached to and incorporated into the Lifetime Deal Terms and is versioned separately from them. Capitalized terms have the meanings in the Lifetime Deal Terms. This schedule does not promise that any feature will remain unchanged; changes are governed by Section 11 of the Lifetime Deal Terms.
1. Included in the Covered Service (Core Functionality)
As of this version, the Covered Service consists of the following CardPlan Connected features, as offered on CardPlan's web and mobile applications where CardPlan makes them available. These items are the "Core Functionality" for purposes of Section 11 of the Lifetime Deal Terms.
- Connected cards. Connect eligible U.S. credit-card accounts through a third-party financial connectivity provider so that CardPlan can retrieve available account and balance data.
- Balance and account-data refresh. Updates to connected-card balances and related account information when the provider and institution make them available. Timing is not guaranteed and is not real-time.
- Scenario planner. CardPlan's payoff and utilization planning tools, using the cards and information in your account.
- Payment allocation recommendations. Recommended amounts to put toward each card from the amount you tell CardPlan is available, with a recommended pay-by date for each card.
- One saved active plan. CardPlan saves one active plan for your account as a snapshot. When connected balances or other plan inputs change, CardPlan marks the saved plan for your review. It does not recalculate your plan automatically; you choose when to recalculate. CardPlan does not keep a history of earlier plans.
The Free plan's manual-entry features remain available to you as they are offered to Free-plan users.
2. Limits That Apply
- Institution Connections: up to five (5) at the same time (Lifetime Deal Terms, Section 7).
- Inactivity: after 90 consecutive days without account activity, and after at least 14 days' email notice, CardPlan may disconnect your Institution Connections. Your Lifetime Access remains, and you may reconnect (Lifetime Deal Terms, Section 8).
- Eligible accounts: U.S. credit-card accounts that CardPlan and its connectivity provider support. Support varies by institution and may change.
- Data: CardPlan does not currently request detailed purchase or merchant transaction history through its connectivity provider. Available data fields, accuracy, and refresh frequency are determined by CardPlan, its provider, and your institution, are not real-time, and may change.
- Fair use and security limits: reasonable rate, usage, and security limits may apply (Lifetime Deal Terms, Sections 7 and 9).
- Platforms: availability on a given device, operating system, or app store depends on CardPlan's releases and on third-party platform rules and requirements.
3. Not Included and Not Promised
The following are not part of the Covered Service or its Core Functionality. CardPlan may offer, change, or stop offering them, with or without a separate charge, and Lifetime Access does not entitle you to them:
- Reminders and notifications. CardPlan may send email or other reminders (for example, payment-due, statement-closing, or promotional-rate dates) where and when CardPlan has enabled them. Their availability, timing, channels, and content are not promised, and a reminder is never a substitute for checking your own accounts.
- Plan history, checklists, and monitoring. Any history of earlier plans, action checklist, ongoing or background monitoring of your accounts, or automatic plan recalculation.
- priority support;
- artificial-intelligence or other automated features, and any usage-based features;
- new or additional integrations, data sources, institutions, or products;
- Institution Connections beyond the allowance above, and increased refresh frequency, storage, or usage;
- features that CardPlan designates as Premium Offerings, whether launched before or after your purchase;
- any item not listed in Section 1.
This list gives examples and is not exhaustive. Under Section 6 of the Lifetime Deal Terms, and subject to Section 11, CardPlan decides whether a new capability is part of the Covered Service or a Premium Offering.
4. Version History
Each version of this Feature Schedule has an identifier. CardPlan records the version in effect when you buy and will provide a prior version on request through Contact.
